Terms of service

Effective 24 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Kojo Gyaase for using Ayamark. By creating an account or using Ayamark, you agree to them. We've kept them short and plain; if anything is unclear, ask us.

1. What Ayamark is

Ayamark lets you design templates and turn them into personalised images, such as certificates, badges and cards, by hand, from spreadsheets, on a schedule, or through our API. It includes optional AI features and, if you connect Gmail, sending images by email from your own address.

2. Your account

3. Your content

You own what you put into Ayamark and the images it makes for you. You give us permission to store, process, render and send that content only as needed to run Ayamark for you. You confirm you have the right to use what you upload, including other people's details, logos and images.

4. Using Ayamark fairly

You agree not to use Ayamark to:

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we'll tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

5. AI features

AI-generated designs, drawings and edits can be wrong or unexpected. Check them before you use or send them. You're responsible for how you use what Ayamark makes.

6. Email, webhooks and automations

Emails you send through Ayamark go out from your own Gmail account, and Google's terms and sending limits apply to them; you're the sender. Automations fetch from and send to the addresses you give them; make sure you're allowed to use those addresses and the data they contain.

7. Price

Ayamark is free while we're in early access. When we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you at least 30 days ahead, and nothing you already made will be taken away. If you're on a paid plan when we later raise prices, you keep your plan's price.

8. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Ayamark running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, and we may change or remove features as we grow. For changes that affect you significantly, we'll give notice where we reasonably can. Keep your own copies of images that matter to you.

9. Limits on our liability

No guarantees

Ayamark is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that Ayamark will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, or that its results, including AI-generated designs and drawings, will be accurate or suit your needs.

What we aren't responsible for

How much we can be liable for

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, such as lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, even if we were told it might happen. Our total liability to you for all claims about Ayamark is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or the equivalent of USD 100 if you haven't paid us.

Your responsibility to us

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees, if someone makes a claim against us because of your content, the data you upload, the emails or images you send, or your use of Ayamark in breach of these terms or the law.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Ending

You can stop using Ayamark at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When an account closes, we delete its data as described in our privacy policy.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and disputes go to the courts of Accra, Ghana, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts. Please talk to us first; most things can be sorted out with an email.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Ayamark grows. We'll change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you by email or in Ayamark at least 14 days before they apply. Continuing to use Ayamark after that means you accept them.

13. Contact
